Full responsibility for planning the assigned scope of spare parts, overseeing local product Remanufacturing processes and support swap pool planning (e.g. Turbo Charger, Alternators …); the goal is assuring parts availability, meeting business requirements, and optimizing inventory.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Develop and implement effective forecasting and demand planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet business needs.
  • Swap-Pool Project Support: Manage and support swap-pool projects, specifically focusing on Turbo Chargers and Alternators. This includes planning materials and managing purchase orders to ensure timely availability.
  • Process Oversight and Centralized Planning: Oversee processes across all local repair shops, ensuring efficient operations. Plan materials centrally to streamline supply chain activities.
  • Technical Guidance and Collaboration: Provide technical direction and collaborate closely with the Planning Leader to integrate all business inputs into the planning process effectively.
  • Monthly Planning Cycle Participation: Play a pivotal role in the monthly planning cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Change Management Support: Facilitate and support rapid execution of changes to improve processes and adapt to evolving business needs.

Your Profile:

  • University Bachelor Degree or similar level of qualification.
  • Multi-year strong internal/external experience in planning area could be an alternative to University degree.
  • Several years planning experience in similar roles in complex, process driven companies.
  • Supply planning is required. Engineering background is strongly desired.
  • Planning, Engineering/Technical background, capacity to influence.
  • Oracle or other ERP systems, Excel power user, mid-complexity project management.

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.728,36 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
