To strengthen our team in the company kindergarten, we are looking for a dedicated childcare worker (24h/part-time) who supports our nursery groups with heart, flexibility, and joy in their daily routines.
Job Description
- Actively engaging with the children through play, crafts, singing, dancing, and storytelling
- Supporting and supervising the children together with the team during their daily routines
- Accompanying the children in a loving and respectful way as they find their place in nursery or kindergarten life
- Taking on light housekeeping and caregiving duties (e.g. preparing shared snacks, diapering, basic cleaning, kitchen tasks)
Qualifications
- Completed training as a childcare worker
- Positive and warm demeanor as well as a loving, needs-oriented approach to working with children
- Strong team spirit, helpfulness, and flexibility
- Excellent German language skills
- Willingness to work primarily as a flexible support across our three nursery groups

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.610 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
