The position
We are currently seeking a well-organized and team-orientated Commercial coordinator to join our Animal Health Department at Boehringer Ingelheim’s site in Vienna. The focus of the position will be the support of the Central Cluster Head of Sales in all sales and marketing related tasks.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Be our distributors’ first point of contact and support Head of Sales in order to reach targets
- Analyse forecasts, sales and the distributor's inventory status in order to anticipate customer needs and adjust if need be
- Estimate monthly and quarterly turnover by following order process
- Act as first point of contact for all activities in line with all enabling functions (order management, forecasts, bonus, credit notes, payment, contracts, etc.).
- Risk Assessment with SCM Manager during S&OP meeting
Requirements
- High School/University degree in Economics/B.A.
- Experience in an export assistant position or similar position for at least 3 years. Knowledge of Export techniques is an advantage
- Commercial and customer sense, teamworking ability, ability to work on several topics in parallel and to prioritize, Forecast understanding
- Advanced use of MS Office (especially Excel is a must), SAP knowledge is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is € 47.532,24 per year (full-time) according to the classification in the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry. Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we offer an overpayment.
