In your role you will :
- Act as a business partner to the Base Chemicals team and Group Finance, providing insights and support for decision-making ;
- Analyze financial data (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), track performance, and identify optimization opportunities ;
- Build financial models and reports to support management decisions and ensure deadlines are met ;
- Evaluate processes and propose improvements to enhance financial models and workflows ;
- Interact with different stakeholders within the organization in order to provide a solid basis for decision making, with the focus of the supported Business Group .
About you
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics ;
- Proven track record in controlling, forecasting & business modelling ;
- Advanced Excel skills; solid knowledge of PowerPoint, SAP & BW ;
- Familiar with IFRS & local GAAP; PowerBI is a plus ;
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data & insights ;
- Fluent in English, with sharp communication and attention to detail .

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.
Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law , we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 82.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
