ABOUT US:
Sportradar, the global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content, is seeking an enthusiastic, independent, proactive analysis lover to join the Global Sales Operations team. The CRM & Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting our CRM and compliance processes, ensuring we comply with SOX and other regulations, and guide the sales team through our CRM system usage. The role requires the successful candidate to establish a good understanding of our contractual procedures and closely collaborate with the Sales Colleagues to support them.
THE CHALLENGE:
Compliance
- Ensure a high-level data quality standard is followed related to internal sales data within our databases and CRM. Among others:
- Carry out daily compliance tasks including checking contracts in terms of SOX
- Carry out regular reporting tasks upon request from stakeholders
- Investigate and provide explanations to questioned compliance cases
- Carry out data clean-up exercises in alignment with the respective stakeholders
- Report and implement process loopholes and potential improvements in compliance and CRM processes
- Create Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support compliance tasks other requests
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis to assist Sales and other teams as required.
CRM support
- Work on existing and develop new CRM (Salesforce) processes
- Validate proposed processes with peer-groups before full roll-out
- Explain/training of processes or changes to the broader Sales Team
- Understand feedback/change suggestions from the Sales Team and feed in a structured way to Sales Ops and/or CRM-Team
- Administrate and further develop CRM information and user guidance system
- Provide various stakeholders CRM support
- Special Cases: work with CRM and Sales Operations to provide guidance on non-standard requests to sales, document those to create an archive, identify preventive actions
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- University degree (BSc or higher) with an economic, analytical, business administration or data management background
- Extensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce)
- Self-motivation and commitment to drive accurate and high-quality work
- Excellent analytical skills and very strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop processes and methodologies
- A team player with strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude
- Work effectively under pressure
- A good knowledge of the sports betting and sports media industries, as well as sales processes is of advantage.

Additional Information
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
