What you’ll be doing:
- Design, configure and optimize automated campaigns in Brevo (emailing, workflows, etc.).
- Develop dynamic segmentation systems.
- Oversee the contact database to ensure its cleanliness, organization and compliance with regulations (GDPR, etc.).
- Work with content & merchant team to align nurturing materials with automated flows.
- Measure and analyze performance of automated campaigns, generating reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Integrate digital ecosystem with other platforms if necessary (CRM, event tools, forms, etc.).
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking of all elements by applying a standardized naming convention.
- Perform periodic audits and propose changes and remediation/optimization measures to improve ROI
- Documenting processes and architecture related to B2C automation"
You’re a match:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) preferred.
Work Experience Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing automation.
Languages:
German & English are a must
Competencies:
- In-depth technical knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Brevo, Hubspot)
- Knowledge of how CRM systems work and interact with marketing automation platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2C journey and how different marketing channels work at each stage of the funnel to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Understanding of the technical and data flow aspects of automation and orchestration.
- Daily management of Brevo/Hubspot as a Marketing Automation tool.
