ERP Rollout Senior Project Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated MM Packaging Pharma & Healthcare Business Processes & Demands Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate ERP Rollout Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) .

Your Role

• You lead and manage ERP roll out projects end-to-end
• You monitor the project progress and manage changes, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget
• You collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes, lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability
• You prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
• You work closely with plants to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• You identify and manage risks, issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact
• You coordinate project teams, including 3rd party contractors, providing mentorship and support

Your Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s degree
• You have already gained minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Print and Packaging industry
• You have proven experience as a Project Manager, minimum 3 years of hands-on ERP Solution implementation, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&O
• You posses project management skills, including planning, organising, and managing resources
• You have a strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with IT solutions for defining requirements
• You are able to communicate with international staff on all levels with both technical and non-technical background
• You are willing to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure success
• You have the flexibility to aim for standardisation but accept exceptions
• Your are willing to travel (<50%) for project phases mainly within Europe, UK & Ireland or potentially in USA
• You have fantastic presentation skills to diverse audiences and communicate fluently in written and spoken English, German preferred

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 80,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
