For our Nestlé Controlling Team we offer the following opportunity:
FP&A Controlling Specialist (f/m/d)
Part time 25h/week, hybrid (location Vienna Central Station with up to 60 % home office)
Your key responsibilities include

Support businesses in submission of the monthly forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and
timeliness. -
Maintain DF preparation tool and support business controllers if any technical issues arise.
Submit global DF reporting packages. -
Generate and analyze regular financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and
trends. -
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for the
business teams and corporate management. - Support new product activation process, including product simulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed.
- Close cooperation with the business controllers and the Swiss headquarters.
What will make you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Experience (minimum 1-2 years) in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Outstanding team player (f/m/d) with a high degree of responsibility, capable of self-learning
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fast and pragmatic way of working as well as very good English skills
- Excellent MS-Excel knowledge, ideally experience with SAP and Power BI

For this position, we offer a gross monthly salary starting from € 3.300 on a full-time basis,
as well as a performance-related bonus. Depending on qualifications and professional experience,
a corresponding overpayment is possible.
