- In der Position als Head of Accounting and Reporting (w/m/d) bist du sowohl fachliche als auch disziplinarische Führungskraft unseres Finanzteams
- Du bist interne Ansprechperson für alle Abteilungen bei Fragen an den Finanzbereich und fungierst hier als interne*r Berater*in
- Du verantwortest alle anfallenden Abschlüsse nach UGB und IFRS
- Du erstellst eine klare Finanz- bzw. Ertragsdarstellung und berücksichtigst hier auch unsere Liquiditätsplanung
- Du verantwortest Steuerplanung und Einhaltung steuerlicher Vorschriften
- Du treibst kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Abläufe innerhalb der Abteilung an und sorgst für Effizienz in den Prozessen
- Du arbeitest aktiv in unseren Finanzprojekten mit und übernimmst diese gegebenenfalls
- Du bist Hauptansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Banken
- Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit unserer/unserem Finanz Direktor*in und berichtest direkt an diese*n
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen (UGB, OR) und internationalen (IFRS) Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Du konntest bereits Führungserfahrung sammeln, schaffst es dein Team zu motivieren und nimmst eine Vorbildfunktion ein
- Du bist ein Experte im Steuerwesen für Österreich und die Schweiz
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und zu vermitteln
- Durch deine guten Kommunikationskenntnisse fällt es dir leicht als interne Schnittstelle zu agieren
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gehalt
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 5.500,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
