Your Role as HR Admin

As a valued member of our HR team, your responsibilities will include:

• HR Administration and Contract Preparation
• Serving as a key contact for our external payroll provider
• Managing and maintaining absence records (e.g. vacation, sick leave, other absences)
• Administering the internal HR ticketing system and tracking inquiries
• Supporting time tracking and working hours administration
• Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Handling general administrative tasks within the HR department
• Coordinating and booking business travel
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows

Required Profile

To thrive in this role, you bring:

• Completed commercial education and initial work experience in HR or administrative roles - a degree in HR is an advantage
• Experience with time tracking and time tracking systems
• Interest in HR processes and a solid understanding of administrative workflows
• Fluency in English and German
• A structured, detail-oriented working style
• Strong organisational skills, discretion, and a collaborative mindset
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with HR tools is a plus

The minimum gross salary for this position is €2,464.50 per month (full-time basis) as defined by the collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are open to offering a market-based overpayment.
