For our location in Vienna, Austria, we are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our Human Resources department as an HR Intern (f/m/d), full-time,
fixed-term contract (6 months)

What you will do:
As part of our team, you will:
• Assist with recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Work on exciting HR projects for different locations, within an international HR environment related to training programs, digital HR and HR controlling.
• Help onboard new hires and maintain employee records.
• Support various HR initiatives, bringing in your ideas and perspective.

Profil du candidat recherché

Your profile:
• Student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Passion for working with people and building great workplace culture.
• First experience in Human Resources, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong organizational, teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, German skills is an advantage.
