About AS 24
For more than 35 years AS 24, part of the Company TotalEnergies, has specialized in mobility services for international commercial road transport: fuel cards, tolls services, VAT recovery refund and other services for transport professionals.
With a total of 450 employees across France and Europe, AS 24 is an international group undergoing high growth and with a total network of over 1500 automated fuel stations. Its innovative offer is rapidly being enriched with new services dedicated to road haulage professionals.
Activités
We are looking either for an intern (6 months full time) or a working student (around 20 hours per week). The starting date is flexible.
About the Job
As part of the HUB AS24 Austria, Hungary and Southeast Europe you will be integrated in the Finance team. The mission of the intern/student worker will be to improve internal processes and support compliance-related activities. The primary focus will be on driving process optimization through digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Process Optimization through Digital Tools: Support Finance teams in streamlining and automating their workflows using digital tools such as Microsoft Power Automate. The intern will identify pain points, propose improvements, and contribute to the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Managing Compliance documentation: Contribute to the oversight of the respect of international economic sanctions and anti-corruption due diligence processes.
- Supporting Contract Management with contract software: assist teams in managing their contracts through the DiliTrust platform contract management tool, providing operational support and helping to ensure consistent and effective use of the tool.

Profil du candidat
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering (or last semester of Bachelor study) in business, Management, or Engineering
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
- Fluent in English and French C1, basic German minimum B1.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong motivation to learn and contribute
