Role Overview:

As we expand our reach across Europe, we’re looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist we’re looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist who’s eager to learn, grow, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll be the point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions about our prepaid gift cards, brokerage platform, and account setup. In this role, you’ll work closely with our experienced support team and receive full training on our tools, processes, and products. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and occasionally phone.
- Assist customers with topics such as account creation, card activation, transactions, and security features.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our support platform (Intercom).
- Contribute to our Help Center by identifying gaps and suggesting article updates.
- Work alongside AI tools to improve automated responses and help train our AI support system.
- Uphold our high standards of customer care and represent the Cryptonow brand positively in every interaction.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, or a similar role (internships or entry-level roles also considered).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written).
- French or Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new tools quickly.
- Interest in fintech, crypto, or AI tools is a plus — we’ll provide full training.
