Medical Advisor - Vaccines (m/w/d) 

(Vollzeit, 38.5 Stunden/Woche)

Als Medical Advisor Vaccines (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Strategie im Impfstoffbereich. In dieser Schlüsselrolle fungieren Sie als zentrale/r Ansprechpartner*in für wissenschaftliche Anfragen zu unserem Portfolio und pflegen den Dialog mit externen Expert*innen. Sie sind Teil eines funktionsübergreifenden Teams und tragen aktiv dazu bei, Lücken in der Datenlandschaft und in der Versorgungsrealität der Patient*innen zu schließen.

Hauptaufgaben

• Selbstständige Betreuung eines Teilbereichs im funktionsübergreifenden Vaccines Team im Einklang mit der Gesamtstrategie
• Aufbau und Pflege der Beziehungen zu externen Expert*innen und medizinischen Fachgesellschaften zur Diskussion neuster Erkenntnisse und zur Umsetzung nationaler und internationaler Projekte
• Organisation und Abhaltung von medizinischen Veranstaltungen (zB. Advisory Board Meetings, Scientific Workshops)
• Teilnahme an relevanten nationalen und internationalen medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Kongressen
• Schulung und Unterstützung des funktionsübergreifenden Teams
• Entwicklung nicht-werblicher Materialien und Strategien zur effektiven Kommunikation medizinischer Inhalte 
• Unterstützung des klinischen Studienmanagements und der Aktivitäten im Bereich „Evidence Generation“
• Mitbewerbsanalyse und Literaturrecherche​

Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten

• Hochschulabschluss in Medizin, Pharmazie oder Naturwissenschaften, bevorzugt mit Promotion
• Profunde Erfahrung in Medical Affairs, idealerweise im Bereich Impfstoffe
• Erfahrung in eigenständiger Betreuung definierter Aufgabenbereiche mit Erstellung und Umsetzung von Medical Plänen, idealerweise auch im Bereich Omnichannel/Digital
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte in einer Matrix Struktur und einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu managen
• Verständnis von pharmazeutischer Ethik und Governance, von pharmazeutischen Compliance-Richtlinien und –Verfahren
• Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Teamgeist und ausgeprägter Kontaktfreudigkeit 
• Exzellente Gesprächs- und Präsentationstechniken (in Deutsch und Englisch) 
• Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20-30%)
