Night Manager / Night Supervisor – Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for monitoring the security of the entire house during the night
- Guarantee of a highly professional guest service at night
- Responsibility for a smooth operation at night
- Running of End-of-Day reports and closing of the day
- Responsibility for arrival and departure
- Processing requests, requests, calls and complaints
- Preparation of various reports
Your Qualifications:
- you have already gained experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry and are very familiar with Opera
- you impress with your charm, communication skills, knowledge of people and leadership skills
- very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite, additional foreign languages are an advantage
