What you will do:
- You will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of software rollout projects for our clients (e.g., planning and requirement workshops, software implementation & configuration, project management, etc.).
- You will conduct user training sessions for our clients either on-site or online (e.g., specialized and product-specific training).
- Through your competent consulting and close customer support, you will ensure the correct application of our software products and optimize their use for our clients.
- In your initial projects, you will be guided step-by-step through the software implementation process (installation, configuration, custom database queries, etc.).
- You will always keep track of the status of individual project phases and ensure communication with project managers, both internally and on the client side.
- You will play a significant role in the further development of myneva products by identifying market and customer requirements and communicating them to the product management team.
- You have completed a degree or vocational training (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University), preferably in healthcare management or IT.
- You have gained practical experience in project work within the healthcare or IT sector.
- You have a general affinity for IT and are eager to develop your IT skills further (experience with, for example, MS Windows Server, MS Internet Information Services, MS SQL databases is a plus but not required).
- You are a team player, work independently, and enjoy contributing your ideas.
- You can easily explain complex topics in a simple manner.
- You have fluent German language skills and basic knowledge of English.
- You have a category B driver's license and a willingness to travel within Austria.
