Are you ready to combine your passion for winter sports with operational excellence?
We’re looking for a Sales & Operation Coordinator to join our Salomon Performance Center in Grödig, Austria.
Your main missions will be:
Commercial Relationship Development: Cultivate strong partnerships with professional and institutional stakeholders to enhance performance and satisfaction.
Business Tool Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and ensure effective use across internal systems.
Sales Support & Performance: Drive growth in racing specialist accounts and B2B/D2C channels through streamlined operations and daily support.
Order Management & Logistics: Manage order processing, delivery tracking, and invoicing for professional and institutional networks.
Administrative & Financial Follow-up: Handle invoicing, payment collection, and accounting reconciliations.
Sales Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with the market manager to develop seasonal forecasts and booking systems.
Sales Analysis & Strategy: Evaluate performance to refine forecasts, identify success drivers, and optimize sales cycles.
Events & Representation: Coordinate brand presence at key events and lead planning for SPC-hosted activities.
Cross-functional Project Management: Lead or support strategic projects aligned with SPC’s evolving priorities.
Qualifications
Background: 5 years of experience in a commercial or sports/outdoor industry environment minimum, with an experience in sales coordination, customer service, or operations (3+ years).
Competencies and skills:
Process Orientation – Structured and detail-oriented, capable of managing back-office operations (SAP) and improving processes.
Customer Focus – Service-minded, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of professional and institutional partners.
Collaboration – Effective cross-functional teamwork with various internal and external stakeholders.
IT: confortable with SAP & Excel
Languages: German (native) & English (fluent)
