What you will do:
- Be the strategic partner for our clients in media and digital transformation projects
- Lead projects independently and proactively — from discovery to delivery
- Identify opportunities, define strategies, and translate them into actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients to co-create meaningful solutions
- Help shape our consulting offering and continuously improve how we work
Requirements
What we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in digital or media consulting, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, media landscapes, and customer-centric strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you initiate action
- Ability to work independently
- First experience using large language models (LLMs) in a business context
- Passion for digital communication and marketing technology (MarTech)
- Confidence and clarity in client presentations
- Fluent in German and English
