In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for processing the incoming customer complaints end-to-end for products and customers in the automotive industry
- Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps – you support the colleagues of our global production sites in problem solving
- Ensure that 8D method is applied and handle the 8D report generation for our customers
- Find innovative, efficient, and targeted solution approaches to customer returns with a variety of causes
- Drive projects based on customer return data and implement improvement measures to ensure high customer satisfaction
You are a problem solver and like to get to the bottom of things. Customer contact does not make you break a sweat; on the contrary, yourpositive attitude enables you to master even tricky situations andcreate added value for both our customers and Infineon. You do not see aproblem in a complaint but a challenge and a chance to prove your problem-solving skills. With your way of communicating, you skillfully manage and motivate your interfaces while always keeping an eye on thebig picture.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree (Bachelor/Master)in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Microsystems Technology or acomparable field and the associated technical understanding
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of Quality or Complaint Management , ideally within the automotive industry
- Knowledge in the area of semiconductor production (front-end and back-end) and/or semiconductor analysis would be an advantage
- Solid knowledge of 8D method and problem solving tools (e.g. 5-Why, Failure Tree Analysis) and experience in applying to successfully reach customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and mediation skills as well as intercultural competence to successfully manage your stakeholders around the globe
- The ability to always balance the dimensions quality, costs, and time in the interest of Infineon
- Excellent English language skills
