Job Description
- Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Drucker, etc.)
- Betreuung und Verwaltung von Windows- und Linux-Servern, Backup-Systemen, vCenter etc.
- Implementierung und Konfiguration von Standardapplikationen wie Nextcloud, Office365, Win10, Win11 etc.
- Bearbeitung von 1st und 2nd Level Serviceanfragen und Störungsmeldungen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten (z.B.: IT-Security)
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines hohen Servicelevels
Qualifications
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration und Betreuung von IT-Systemen, inkl. Windows- und Linux- Serverumgebungen, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Nextcloud; idealerweise auch mit Backup-Systemen und Virtualisierung (vCenter/VMware)
• Interesse an IT-Security-Themen und Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
• Deutsch (B2-C1) und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Analytisches Denken und lösungsorientierter Zugang zu Herausforderungen
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Genauigkeit bei technischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
• Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Wir bieten ein attraktives Jahresbruttogehalt, das entsprechend der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell vereinbart wird. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 52.197,04 brutto pro Jahr.
