At our headquarters in Thomasberg, we employ about 800 people from over 13 nations. This is where our roots lie and it is the place where high-quality interiors for business and private jets as well as luxurious living spaces are manufactured.

As part of our team you will...

  • be responsible for proper and timely payroll accounting and compliance with all legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  • optimize standards and processes, carry out maintenance and settings of definitions such as adapting new collective agreements, wage types, etc. in the system.
  • be a key user for our payroll accounting, time recording and travel expense accounting tool.
  • be in regular contact with authorities, offices and external partners and supervise payroll tax audits.
  • act as a competent point of contact for employees and managers with queries relating to employment, payroll tax and social security law.
  • prepare reports and documentation in connection with payroll agendas.

You're a good fit if you....

  • have completed a payroll audit and have several years of relevant payroll experience. We consider experience in handling foreign postings to be an advantage.
  • have very good knowledge of labor, tax and social security law, good Excel and English skills.
  • strive to continuously develop the processes and tools in the system.
  • work independently, accurately, analytically and have a high service orientation.
  • are a team player and enjoy working with people.

We attach great importance to transparency and fairness. Therefore, we undertake to quote a salary of EUR 42.000,- gross p.a. on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). However, we would like to emphasize that the actual salary will be determined individually and on the basis of your qualifications and professional experience as well as the internal salary structure. We will clarify this together when we know each other.
