ToolSense is one of the fastest-growing Industrial Tech startups in Europe. We help manufacturers and distributors of industrial equipment digitize their after-sales processes and machines with the ToolSense after-sales platform.

  • +3 years of experience in product management
  • Proven record of launching and maintaining B2B SaaS products
  • Experience with B2B e-commerce platforms
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Communicative and engaging personality
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • Experience with the IoT lifecycle is a plus


  • Work closely with our CPO to shape the vision of our product roadmap by determining product needs from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure and maintain commercial readiness and legal compliance of our products in all relevant markets
  • Develop new capabilities to measure key business metrics for our products
  • Develop new capabilities to utilize market research in shaping our roadmap
  • Develop new capabilities to incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders in our product roadmap
  • Define product marketing communication objectives with our sales team
