Jahreszieleinkommen: ab € 37.000 (Vollzeit) mit der Bereitschaft zur marktgerechten Überzahlung – abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
- Unterstützen von administrativen Prozessen in der Bürolokalität
- Organisation von internen Veranstaltungen, Meetingräume, Catering
- Hilfe beim Verwalten von Marketingunterlagen (PO Erstellung lt. Angebote, Zahlung, Verwaltung online Plattform)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem administrativen Business Support Team der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche (Diabetes, CardioVascular, Neuromodulation, Spine, Chirurgie, usw.)
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem Verwaltungsbereich
- EDV Anwenderkenntnisse
- Serviceorientierung, freundliches Auftreten, Selbständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
