Your contribution will be
- Coordinating and supporting the creation of work strategies, activities and tactics to end the use of wild animals in entertainment i.e. circuses
- Executing research and analyses to better inform campaigns for high impact
- Building relationships with key external stakeholders and representing the organisation at events and meetings
- Coordinating internal alignments with supporting departments e.g. Engagement, Lobby and Advocacy
- Creating assets such as reports, presentations, briefings, and stakeholder correspondence
- Evaluating, tracking and reporting on key milestones and activities across all AiE issues
- Managing additional ad hoc duties as assigned
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Relevant professional experience in campaigning with a background knowledge and experience in campaigning to end wild animal entertainment, international experience preferred
- Experience working with a plethora of internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent (written and oral) in English, with excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills and a confident public speaker, able to communicate with the media. German language an added bonus.
- IT and technical skills, competent with MS systems, research tools and databases
- A team player who is enthusiastic, proactive and approachable, able to support their colleagues and be a role model for continuous improvement
- Inquisitive and ambitious, with a desire to constantly learn and develop their campaigning expertise further
- Able to travel domestically and internationally to provide support or participate in FOUR PAWS activities as required
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- The yearly gross salary range for this position is 47,000 EUR - 52,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
