ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
You will be part of small Coffee team, which is intensively growing month on month, and have the chance to bring the perfect cup of Coffee to customers and consumers across the market.
Using the category synergy, your experience and great customer relationship of our colleagues, you can make a big impact on leveraging the 24/7 portfolio and grow the Coffee business.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spreading the culture of knowledge of coffee and Costa values within CCHBC, as well as in the market
- Responsibility for implementation of the promotional calendar in the field
- Effective sales and negotiations with customers (new products, Distribution, etc.) and managing the contract signing process.
- Providing the customer with detailed guidance on how to use, maintain, and properly clean the coffee machine.
- Identifying market growth opportunities and cooperates with new customers to achieve better results
- Conquering the local market looking for new opportunities for growth through the HoReCa channel in line with the picture of success
- Effectively cooperating with other sales colleagues in charge of other categories, to support business in the field of coffee
- Participating in team activities and contributes to team results in achieving critical goals
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- IV degree of education, faculty degree is an advantage
- Experience in positions in the field of sales and preparation of coffee is an advantage
- Advance knowledge of the local market, Horeca and At Work sales channels
- Basic knowledge of Computer skills
- Fluency in English is an advantage
- Driver's license B category
