What You Bring

  • Academic graduation in a technical field, business administration, law, or quantity surveying, with appropriate academic or professional qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in contract and claim management, including analyzing and drafting contracts, or a legal or commercial academic background with experience in large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with the terms and conditions of international EPC and construction contracts (including, but not limited to, FIDIC, Orgalime, NEC, MF1)
  • Experience working within internationally staffed teams and with contractual partners, with the ability to travel nationally and internationally from time to time (15-20%)
  • Proficiency in negotiating in German and English; additional language skills are welcome
  • Working knowledge of valuation (engineering quantification, bills of quantities, unit rates, re-measurement) and scheduling or project controls is a plus
