The Data & Process Mining Expert is working embedded in a team of data and process specialists to analyze and optimize business processes from a data-driven approach. Within this team this role supports the company through the digital transformation as interface between regions and HQ. With the growing amounts of data available, this role will provide support in solving business process issues. Analyses are done with our Process Mining Celonis EMS application, in which the actual process is calculated and visualized. The Data & Process Mining Expert are process driven experts who accurately analyze and monitor real processes, extracting data from event logs to spot inefficiencies, deviation and bottlenecks. They are responsible for managing the strategic set up on Process Data Mining Projects and to lead Celonis Implementation projects to ensure the optimal solution and technical design is implemented to tackle the defined use cases.

Your Responsibilities:
- Execute, supervise, and support advanced analyses that aid data-driven decision-making and process automation
- Identify process gaps and data quality issues impacting the quality of analyses and provide and/or support the development of solutions
- Translate stakeholder business priorities into high-impact Process Mining use cases
- Conceptualize, design, and implement reports to drive measures supporting the Service strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to design and develop reports and ensure that they perform as expected
- Participate in the development of metrics and data quality rules, including dashboards, KPIs, and other measurements of success for business stakeholders, allowing them to drill into key aggregated values
- Think logically toward problem solving with keen insights for business solutions and the analytical steps required to execute them through dashboards and reports
Your Profile:
- University degree in business & administration, data science, computer science, information management, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
- Experienced in data analysis, process optimization, and process mining/analytics (CELONIS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, breaking down challenges and deriving pragmatic solutions
- End-to-end process-oriented thinker, combining analytical and conceptual approaches
- Skilled in managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships and resolving conflicting priorities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, using data for actionable insights and decision-making
- Knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement (TPM/Lean/Six Sigma), project management, Agile, and ERP systems
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
