What sets the F&B Team apart?
We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests with our culinary creations at the Legendary Brunch, Candlelight Dinner, or large-scale catering events for various Viennese events. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.
What will you do?
- You are part of the daily operations of the pastry section and ensure smooth collaboration within your team.
- You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods, following established recipes and seasonal inspirations.
- You ensure that ingredients are stored and handled correctly to maintain freshness, consistency, and food safety.
- You are passionate about Austrian and American dessert traditions and enjoy combining classic techniques with creative ideas.
- You will monitor adherence to hygiene standards.
What makes you stand out?
You have relevant training in the pastry department. You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and can handle ingredients with quality and cost awareness.

We offer a monthly salary starting from EUR 2,263 gross for full-time employment. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.
