Now hiring: Erfahrener Haustechniker (Senior Technician)– Vienna
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join the opening team of our new Vienna hotels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our buildings, rooms and guest-facing spaces run smoothly and look their best — all so our guests can focus on enjoying their experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out fault repairs and routine maintenance of plumbing, lighting, fixtures and equipment
- Handling general repair tasks such as installing locks, hinges, fittings, and electrical equipment
- Performing periodic and preventive maintenance checks
- Supporting installation work and light construction as needed
- Keeping your work areas and equipment clean, safe, and well-organised
- Preparing and decorating surfaces (metal, wood, plaster) with precision and care to ensure high-quality finishes
