Your responsibilities:
Strategic sales of events and rooms
Preparation of offers, contracts, and event schedules
Planning, coordination, and professional on-site support of events, including invoicing
Monitoring, ensuring, quality control, and professional handling of events
Communication and coordination with all involved internal departments and external service providers
Optimization of banquet and event processes
Ensuring guest satisfaction
Leading department-related meetings
Completed vocational training in hotel management or graduation from a hotel management school
Experience in event sales
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent manners and a very well-groomed appearance
Confident handling of the hotel system Opera as well as MS Office products; experience with the reservation system Marsha is an advantage
Customer- and service-oriented working style with a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility
Strong team spirit combined with friendly manners, high quality awareness and reliability
