The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:
F&B Service Expert – Breakfast
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests and present the à la carte and buffet breakfast menu
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve dishes with attention to timing, presentation, and guest preferences
- Coordinate with the Culinary-team to ensure seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables and service areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Promote other hotel services to enhance the guest experience
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine-dining environment
- Strong knowledge of à la carte service procedures and breakfast cuisine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with a polished and professional demeanor
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous
