YOUR ROLE


  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to our guests
  • Actively support all front desk operations to ensure smooth daily workflows
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality guidelines
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
  • Coordinate group and conference bookings before, during, and after the stay
  • Create and verify group, conference, and accounts receivable invoices
  • Contribute to revenue growth with a proactive mindset
  • Perform administrative and organizational tasks at both front and back office
  • Lead, motivate, and support the ongoing development of your team
  • Work closely with all hotel departments to exceed guest expectations

Work Experience
  • Completed hotel or tourism-specific education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager, ideally within Hilton or another international hotel chain
  • Strong computer skills, ideally experience with OnQ PMS
  • A people person who enjoys helping guests and supporting colleagues
  • Strong guest- and service-orientation is essential
  • Highly motivated with an independent and structured working style
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
  • True team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to different situations
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus

The minimum salary for this position is €2,699 gross/month (based on the collective agreement). We are happy to offer additional compensation depending on your experience and qualifications, with attractive performance-based development opportunities.
