Your responsibilities:
- Project management of technology and industrialisation projects in plant engineering for our international production plants
- Support the Project Management Organization (PMO) by developing standardized processes, ensuring effective project governance, enabling effective portfolio management and promoting clear and open communication across the organization
- Participation in the annual planning of investments and management of investment projects
- Procurement of new suppliers, solicitation of offers, preparation of plant supply contracts and ongoing supplier management
- Preparation of plant-wide guidelines in the area of technical matters
- Participation in the standardisation and further development of production technologies, processes and the planning of new facilities
Your profile:
- Technical oriented education, such as in the field of industrial and mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering
- First professional experience in technical project management and/or PMO, ideally in the food industry
- Independence, problem-solving and organisational skills, flexibility, good communication and teamwork abilities, technical and digital affinity
- Very good knowledge of English and/or German and Italian, willingness to travel
