TASKS
- Advising and supporting management, executives, and employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues
- Responsibility for and involvement in all areas of operational human resources (preparation of labor law documents, administration and maintenance of personnel files, employee onboarding and offboarding, etc.)
- Monitoring and controlling relevant KPIs, HR controlling, and preparing reports and evaluations for management
- Driving cultural change, leadership excellence, and transformation processes
- Further developing compensation and benefits
- Promoting a positive employer brand and strengthening our employer branding
- Leading, motivating, and developing the HR team
PROFILE
- Degree with a focus on human resources management
- Several years of management experience at HR management level, preferably in an international industrial company
- Strong hands-on mentality paired with a high degree of initiative
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, payroll accounting, and organizational development; knowledge of HCM is an advantage
- Leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills, diplomatic skills, and high social competence
- Very good German and English skills

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (Information and Consulting) based on full-time employment is EUR 72,283.
