Your next challenge
Build and lead a high-performing Inside Sales organization across Germany and Austria. Your team responds quickly to inbound leads from the small-customer / SME segment, drives structured outbound campaigns and phone-based new business acquisition, and delivers a reliable, scalable pipeline. Together with the Director Sales Germany & Austria, you’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, connect data, tools & automation (HubSpot, Salesforce), and ensure targets are met and ideally exceeded.
What you’ll be doing:
Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead the Inside Sales team in Germany (employees) and manage a freelancer team for Inside & Sales Support in Austria. Provide regular coaching, call shadowing, KPI reviews, and enablement.
Lead Management & Speed: Ensure rapid response times to inbound (SME) leads and track SLAs.
Outbound & Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-step sales campaigns (phone, email sequences, social) for new customer acquisition. Partner with Marketing on lists, targeting, and messaging.
Pipeline Generation & Conversion: Own opportunity volume, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage vs. target.
Tool Ownership (HubSpot / Salesforce): Leverage HubSpot sequences, workflows, and automations to drive efficiency; maintain data quality & reporting in Salesforce.
Freelancer Management: Recruit/onboard, define quality standards, track performance KPIs, manage budgets, and handle contracts for external Inside/Sales Support resources in Austria.
Forecasting & Target Management: Deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts (Leads Opps Revenue) and performance reviews; drive corrective actions to close pipeline gaps.
Sales Playbooks & Best Practices: Develop scalable guides (call scripts, objection handling, qualification frameworks such as BANT).
Change & Scale: Build scalable processes; select/integrate additional tools (dialer, conversational intelligence, reporting dashboards).
Culture & Role Model: Model a closing, coaching, and growth mindset; foster a performance-driven yet values-based team culture.

You’re a match
- 5–8+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Outbound BDR/SDR leadership, or a call center environment with proven results.
- Demonstrated people leadership (people management) including coaching to goal attainment, KPI management, and performance improvement.
- Strong track record in phone-based new customer acquisition & campaign conversion (B2B, ideally SME market).
- Solid experience with HubSpot (sequences, automation, lead nurturing, reporting) and hands-on work with Salesforce (pipeline, forecasts, dashboards).
- Target-driven: you have consistently met or overachieved your goals.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1/C2) and English (at least B2) — written and spoken.
- Analytical and process-oriented; confident working with KPIs, conversion funnels, and activity metrics.
- Willing and able to work regularly on-site in Vienna (hybrid model); occasional travel to Germany (e.g., Frankfurt).
