Join Our Group People & Culture Team – Shaping the Future of HR Governance
As part of the Group People & Culture department, our team plays an important role in managing all HR-related regulatory topics and is responsible for steering, coordinating, and monitoring supervisory activities across the group. Our mission is to design and implement group-wide policies and procedures related to remuneration, while advising the broader People & Culture community on performance management and regulatory compliance. We also contribute to key strategic areas such as regulatory disclosures, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives, and succession planning for the management board.
Your Tasks
- Develop and continuously improve group-wide policies on remuneration and succession planning
- Take full ownership of key disclosure responsibilities and play a visible, hands-on role in preparing HR for Erste Group’s Annual General Meeting
- Represent the Group in expert committees and regulatory working groups
- Prepare and coordinate responses to internal and external audits at both national and group levels
- Drive cross-functional projects focused on remuneration and performance management
- Advise subsidiaries and savings banks on regulatory requirements and best practices
Your Profile
- Solid experience in banking regulation, compliance, or supervisory authority environments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes and collaborate effectively in agile environments
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or willingness to learn is a strong asset

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,80 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
