What we are looking for:
QSI is looking for an individual to join its team to manage clinical IT projects. You will work with our international client base to implement and install our clinical decision support software (CDS) for radiology referrals, primarily in hospital settings, and ensure their ongoing success. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects and communicate and coordinate effectively with a variety of clients and partners across Europe and beyond. Strong IT skills and excellent English are minimum qualifications for this role, which requires the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal oversight while supporting management as the company grows its staff and product portfolio.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the EMEA region
- Work with customers to develop and manage their implementation plan and timeline
- Customise product configuration/set-up to meet the needs of the customer
- Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation
- Over time independently manage clinical IT implementation projects
- Work closely with other areas, including product development and sales, to ensure customer needs are met
- Work with the implementation team to continue to improve implementation tools and process
- Provide administrative support to management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills (proficiency with Excel; experience working with content management systems and databases)
- Experience with project management
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Experience in the healthcare IT sector, especially experience with electronic patient records or hospital information systems
- Command of additional languages is an advantage
