- Identifying and nurturing new innovation ideas across the whole CSA R&D and marketing organization, and ensuring a smooth transition from concept to development
- Innovation Idea Generation and Evaluation: Facilitate ideation sessions, workshops, and other activities to generate new innovation ideas
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of early-stage innovation project portfolio in whole CSA BU
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Networking: Connect the different innovation funnels in the BL’s to maintain coherence of the overall corporate strategy in innovation
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D from all CSA BL’s, marketing, and application engineering, to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all innovation activities on corporate level by collecting the status within the decentralized BL’s and provide regular updates to senior management and the engineering community
- Successfully completed studies in natural science, or a related field
- First experience in program or project management in an innovation or R&D environment preferred
- Strong background in semiconductor physics, integrated circuits or system Engineering
- Competencies in project management, innovation, and strategic planning would be of advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Proficient in English at a negotiation level
- Creative thinker and strategic planner with a passion for innovation
