- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of R&D business processes
- Assisting with the rollout of new or updated processes, including coordination and documentation
- Creating and updating process documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge bases
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of training sessions and onboarding materials
- Tracking process changes, user feedback, and training participation using internal tools
- Collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and communication
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering & Production Management, Information Systems)
- Strong interest in business process management, digitalization, and IT tools
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, Power BI, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
- A structured, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Part-time employment for up to 20 hours/week
