Job Description
- Leadership of the Business IT Finance department (7 team members)
- Ensuring the operation and further development of all IT systems in the areas of Finance, Controlling, and BW (with a focus on SAP FI/CO and SAP BW)
- Management of change requests and participation in national and international projects
- Close collaboration with departments and subsidiaries to ensure smooth operations
- Operational support for team members with methodological and technical issues
- Planning and coordination of tasks, schedules, and resources within the department
Qualifications
- Completed education with a focus on business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a globally operating company
- Leadership experience
- In-depth SAP knowledge combined with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to proactively and solution-orientedly manage operational tasks

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
