What You’ll Be Doing

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Scanning of policy documents
• Systematic filing and indexing of files
• Sorting and organizing of documents and paperwork
• Basic administrative tasks in the areas of facility management and operations
• Simple tasks in reception, mailroom, and minor service routes
• Internal email correspondence and management of one's own email account
• Recording of own working hours in the company's time tracking tool

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Previous academic or personal projects showing curiosity or initiative
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to ongoing team projects
