Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
- As a Junior E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) you support the assigned e-commerce market by managing daily operations and contributing to growth-focused initiatives
- You monitor daily sales KPIs, track performance trends and assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insight
- You contribute to the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
- You conduct research on market and industry trends, including competitor activity and e-commerce innovations
- You perform routine website checks, identify and help resolve technical issues and ensure overall site functionality
- You assist the e-commerce team with ongoing projects and take ownership of delegated tasks to support smooth execution
Your strengths and qualifications:
- You have a strong interest in e-commerce and digital business growth
- You’re organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling operational tasks
- You enjoy working with data and turning insights into action
- You’re a proactive problem-solver who can spot issues and suggest solutions
- You thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- You stay curious and keep up with e-commerce trends, tools and technologies
- Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 39.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
