- As a Management Assistant, you will act as a central communication and coordination interface between top management, the organization, and external stakeholders, working closely with a team. You will support projects on behalf of top management and monitor their successful implementation.
- You will have a strong focus on New Business Development, supporting topics such as the use of future communication technologies or drone traffic management systems – from concept to the implementation of initial projects.
- Your tasks will include preparing content briefings for meetings, collecting and organizing materials for top management, and contributing to the creation of management reports.
- You have completed or are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a technical or business field, ideally with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
- You have a strong affinity for IT and new technologies.
- You have initial work experience (including as a startup founder or in a project management role).
- You enjoy analyzing topics from an entrepreneurial perspective.
- You are capable of independently extracting key insights from large datasets and presenting them in a structured way (e.g., company valuations, market analyses).
- You are highly flexible and willing to dive into a wide range of new topics across different domains.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with stakeholders from all areas of the company.
- You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- You have excellent German and English skills.
