For our location in Kroellendorf (lower Austria) we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Junior Sales Manager (all genders).
Your mission:
Take responsibility for B2B-Sales of fruit juice concentrates to international customers in the food and beverage industry
Actively manage key accounts, including regular customer visits, price negotiations and relationship management
Independently handle contract and complaint management
Coordinate and process customer requests in close collaboration with internal departments such as Quality Assurance, Production & Technics, Procurement, Logistics
Manage and support sales and distribution partners
Represent AUSTRIA JUICE at international trade and product fairs
Your background:
Completed commercial studies with first professional experience
Strong sales affinity, persuasive personality and excellent negotiation and closing skills
High level of social intelligence, empathy and team spirit
Proactive and autonomous way of working with a strong drive to build something and achieve success
Passion for food and beverages
Willingness to travel (20-30%), primarily within the EU, with potential for global travel in the medium term
Fluent in German and English; additional foreign languages are a plus
