Job Description
BE A TRUE BUSINESS PARTNER
- Build trusted relationships with marketing teams and support them in all financial matters
- Act as a sparring partner on budgets, forecasts, and spending decisions
- Challenge assumptions, support decision-making, and drive cost-consciousness
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and business insights to support high-impact projects
BRING STRUCTURE TO NUMBERS
- Own the month-end closing and reporting process for global marketing spends
- Translate numbers into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand the story behind the data
- Ensure all financial processes run smoothly and in line with financial standards
- Prepare high-quality reports and planning templates for management and business partners
OWN DATA, SYSTEM, AND QUALITY
- Deep dive into our systems and data landscape, ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Monitor system use, data flows, mappings and global hierarchies
- Support countries with training, integration and interface handling
- Drive continuous improvements, testing, and process optimization
SUPPORT AND EMPOWER
- Help shape and implement our global Controlling Guidelines
- Ensure local compliance and support regional teams with know-how and training
- Contribute to our internal Controlling Academy and become a go-to expert in your area
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant Controlling experience, preferably in FMCG or international settings.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Advanced Excel and analytics skills (Python, R) are desirable; experience with SAP S4/HANA and Hyperion is an advantage.
- Analytical, solution-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and communicates clearly.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
