Job Responsibilities:
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Systems Analyst to join our procurement team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our global project managers, rollout and continuously improve Magna´s procurement systems, manage technical configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional global teams. The position is based in Graz (Austria).
Your Responsibilities:
- Support procurement systems project managers in global projects
- Collect and evaluate feedback from users to continuously improve our solutions
- Conduct testing and documentation of new procurement tools and features
- Work independently on continuous improvement projects of our solutions
- Assist in implementing a global data management strategy and lead defined sub-workstreams
- Collaborate with global cross-group teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Develop & maintain dashboards and reports, and prepare ad-hoc analysis to support decision making Create documentations and professional management presentations
Who we are looking for:
- Completed higher education in business administration (e.g. HAK, University etc.)., information systems, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience with procurement systems and/or procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools like Power BI is a plus
- Ability to support and also work independently on projects and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic project management skills
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
- Willingness to travel as required (occasional business trips)

- It is important to us to offer a fair and attractive remuneration package. Therefore, the annual salary for this position is at least 45,000 euros gross (full time all-in). An overpayment is possible based on relevant experience and qualifications.
