Job Description
- Managing serial products as part of technical product responsibility throughout the product lifecycle
- Acting as a liaison between production, development, customer support, and product management for technical questions and their implementation
- Transitioning new products into serial production, including related documentation for production
- Specifying, developing, and transitioning customer projects
- Monitoring manufacturing processes and continuously improving quality and cost efficiency
- Analyzing and implementing quality and process improvement measures
Qualifications
- Completed higher technical or scientific education (HTL, FH, TU/University), preferably in physics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies is an advantage
- Structured work approach, strong goal orientation, and high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with various functional areas
- Distinct hands-on mentality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Passion for and enthusiasm about technical challenges

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
