Join our agile engineering and consulting team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance operations for Tier 1 telecom and tech giants worldwide as they pursue digital transformation. In this strategic interdisciplinary role, you’ll mainly…
contribute to product discovery and delivery activities, from concept to roll-out (end-to-end product life-cycle support – invent and bring products to market that solve real customer problems)
gather user, market, and stakeholder feedback to refine product direction – evaluate the impact and help making decisions (balance customer appeal with practical feasibility—always assess what exists, what’s new, and what sets us apart).
assist in connecting business needs with technical solutions and convince customers why it's worth trying new features
work on specific solution areas such as digital commerce, customer portals, or monetization tools
manage and prioritize the product backlog under guidance, support product documentation and user story creation
Collaborate with awesome cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and QA to learn best practices.
independently advice (laterally lead) people, align them with a common goal and yell at logs, while you don’t mind wearing multiple hats (bonus if one is a wizard hat).
What you bring to the role:
You have a completed education (FH, TU - in Software Engineering Management, Computer Science / Engineering, UX Design, Information, any commercial education or similar) and a high technical affinity.
You gained ~2-5 years relevant experience (Product Management, Business Analyst, Consulting, Product owner).
You are affine for software development processes and procedures and eager to learn new tools and approaches (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.) – that’s a nice to have.
You are strongly interested in new technologies, development, process approaches, digital products and understand both business and technical perspectives. You don't wait for instructions but seek them out.
You are flexible - in general and in your mind (i.e. always able to adapt quickly to new things, switch perspectives).
You are curious, willing to learn, able to challenge personal assumptions and comfortable with ambiguity
You are an adaptable, proactive team player, actively listen and suggest with structured solution-oriented ideas.
You communicate complex ideas strong, clearly, target- and solution-oriented in Englisch (German is a big plus)
You really enjoy interacting with customers / colleagues and aim to inspire them. Your ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse departments is admirable. You think holistically, sustainable and strategically.
You work analytically, self-responsibly and independently but also utilize your network and can coordinate.
You are willing to travel from time to time internationally (but short stay, approx. 10-20%/y).

Compensation: The minimum salary for 2 years of relevant experience is EUR 3.400, - gross/month (14x). We offer a salary above the minimum of Austrian IT collective agreement and in line with the market, depending on your specific qualifications and professional experience.
