Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget responsibility for production assets
- Manage NPI projects
- Manage “crisis” incidents with product quality/customer
- Reporting of KPI’s to Top Management
- Align with all relevant departments and schedule action items
- Execute/supervise supplier meetings and visits (EMS)
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Science and Management
Experience:
- At least 2 years in similar role
- Understanding how an EMS is operating
- Knowledge of IPC standards for electronic manufacturing (IPC-A-610)
- Advanced ISO9001 knowledge
Skills:
- Good written and spoken skills in german / english
- Good Electronics and Mechanics skills
- Good understanding of Assembly and Manufacturing processes
- Self-responsible working style
- Willingness to travel
- Good understanding of production processes
- Solution-oriented working style

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3,175.00 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
