Job Description
ICF is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior ICF professional staff, clients and partners, on complex projects in the water resources, transportation, energy, and planning and development sectors. Job duties will be primarily focused on budget, forecasting and financial contractual compliance for programs on the West Coast. The Program Control Analyst will provide internal budget and contracts management and an external client-facing supportive role to the Project Manager. Experience in data management, contracting, financial reporting, invoicing, and scheduling with strong organizational and communication skills is required. Position available in our West Coast locations including Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Irvine or San Diego with the option to work remote or hybrid.
Although the range below is wider to accommodate growth within the job, this position will have a starting pay range of $75,000 to $85,000 based on % match of qualifications/experience/responsibilities, location, and other.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures accuracy and compliance in financial and invoicing activities.
- Coordinating with clients and subconsultants on contractual, budgeting, and invoicing requirements.
- Monitoring and tracking program budgets, forecasts, and contract modifications.
- Supporting colleagues and coordinating compliance across various internal departments within ICF.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, finance or related field.
- 2+ years of related experience.
